Shayne joined the Kaizenwolf Counselling team after completing their Bachelor's Degree in Counselling from Wintec Te Pūkenga. Shayne is a registered member of NZAC and ACC Sensitive Claims.  Shayne is a co-founder and our Clinical Coordinator for under 25's. Shayne focuses her practice on trauma-informed care and gender-affirming care through the use of Narrative therapy. Over the past 13 years, Carley has been cultivating and refining their interpersonal and therapeutic skills through diverse educational experiences across the United States and now in Aotearoa New Zealand. They hold a Bachelor of Counselling from Wintec Te Pūkenga, with a focus on addiction recovery, trauma-informed practice, and gender-affirming care.


Recognising a need for queer representation in mental health support in the Waikato, Carley founded Kaizenwolf Counselling. They are ACC Sensitive Claims, NZAC, and DAPAANZ registered, and currently serve as Clinical Coordinator for over 25 tāngata whai ora.


Carley prides themselves on providing a judgment-free, affirming space where honest, authentic healing can flourish.
